For all deliveries of this Maveracream Online Shop subject to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and Conclusion
3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a binding offer, but a call for order. All offers valid while supplies last. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button "order", you place a binding order. The sale comes about when we confirm your order via email and after your payment has received.

4. Contract
The contract will be stored by us.

5. Withdrawal
We grant a right to cancel a gesture of goodwill, such as when the goods were damaged in the post or pay compensation.

6. Price and shipping
6.1 The stated prices are final prices including shipping by normal airmail.
6.2 Shipping by Fedex will take appr. 3 days. The costs will be communicated to you when ordering, Fedex starts about 20 Euro.

7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery worldwide by post.
7.2 The dispatch takes place within max. 2-3 working days from Thailand, please remember that there are other holidays in Thailand. The post needed supplies such as 5 days to Australia, England and Germany, 6 days to 2 weeks.

8. Payment
8.1 Payment is by bank transfer to one of our accounts before release.
